Fully agree with all of the awful reviews of the pharmacy. Our child is sick, has a fever, needs antibiotics. Urgent Care sent over the prescription an hour before closing, we waited for a while as they fiddled with the computer, only to be told that they cannot fill the prescription because some remote person was not at their computer and not processing it on their end. We were told that no other pharmacies are currently open so we have to come back in the morning, then the woman shut the gate on us. Guess what though? There ARE other pharmacies open later. We transferred our prescription, and will NEVER be Walgreens customers ever again. BEWARE -- their incompetence and lack of compassion could leave your sick child without the medicine they need.Update: The Pharmacist at the WalMart pharmacy (where we went after Walgreens that night) said this: "Your child needs it, so we will do our absolute best to get it filled." And even though they were close to closing, they filled the prescription. So -- skip Walgreens; head on over to WalMart.

I have been going there to the pharmacy for 15 years. It is convenient for me. They are rude, do not answer to phone, or pick it up and then hang up on you. Customer service is not a priority. Last week their rudeness was finally the straw that broke the camel's back. I have moved on to CVS.

We should give this location the Worst Customer Service award. The store employees are kind, but the pharmacy staff are the worst in Santa Fe. Stay far away if you expect good customer service because you won’t get it here.

Had some trouble with my card, Sébastien was an amazing worker. Didn't lose his patience with us and took care of our whole transition with extreme professionalism. He is a credit to your institution.

So it is 7:27. And I waited in line for almost 2 hours to get my medication. The pharmacist Miranda was giving shots and was letting people cut out of the long line to get their medicine. People that had only waited 20 to 30 minutes while other people waited up to 2 hours.

Slowest and worst pharmacy in Santa Fe. They wouldn't honor a GoodRx coupon, and on top of it all the staff are extremely rude.

My insurer (Express Scripts) made me change my pharmacy from Smith's to another in their network. I give high marks to Smith's. But Walgreens can't understand how to bill Medicare for covered prescriptions I've been taking for years. This could cost me hundreds for just one medication. Walgreens has no interest or ability to resolve the problem.

We are from out of town and went to an urgent care. They sent a prescription to this pharmacy. We arrived here only to be told it would be filed sometime tomorrow because they had over 200 other prescriptions to fill! She refused to try another Walgreens for us. But we found another who could get it done in 10 minutes!

When you see the rating is low , just don’t go!! I made the mistake and got my prescription through this store and had to wait for more than an hour with two kids! Then I went to the drive through! The second lane , speaker was awful and you could barely hear the guy!! I had trouble telling him my coupon! Worst experience!!

This store is clearly trying for the title of WORST PHARMACY IN THE COUNTRY. Despite all their robocalls and automated assurances the Rx is ready, you'll still wait 1/2 hour on line only to be told it isn't! No apologies. No concern. They couldn't care any less. Go ANYWHERE but this unprofessional, incompetent disaster.

My spouse has had endless problems filling prescriptions at this pharmacy. Scripts promised for specific times and days, and promises rarely fulfilled. Do they think people don’t need their prescription drugs? Endless failures.

Calling the Pharmacy is a joke. I understand that they are busy but being on hold for over 45 minutes is ridiculous!!!Update. Progressively failed customer service at the pharmacy. 2 weeks working on getting my scripts filled. Ludicrous. I'm moving on to CVS. Walgreens is a failure.

Seriously. There are 10 cars in the drive through, and 8 people in line at the counter inside. Two employees working in the pharmacy. The worst and slowest customer service anywhere. They took four days to fill a standard prescription. I get it--there's a staffing shortage, blah blah, but figure it out. Pay people better; do some analysis on high demand hours; offer bonuses and/ or flexible hours; fix the computers (one excuse is that they are always "down". This is a giant corporation--do better.

Chronically understaffed and they don’t care. Pharmacy is more often that not closed before their stated hours. They lie about contacting Dr.s for refills. They consistently get my medications to me 2-3 after I’ve run out. Sometimes they take over a week to process a re-fill. They have no concern for their customers well being and haven’t for a long time, they have no motivation to get any better. Avoid this Walgreens, save yourself the headache.
