This Walgreens location receives mixed reviews. The drive-through is mostly quick, but the speaker on one lane is very low, making it difficult to hear. The pharmacy is often busy due to short staffing, and there are not many employees on the floor to assist. Homeless people frequent the entrance, leading to one door being continually locked. However, the cashiers are noted as helpful and polite. Many reviews specifically praise an employee for being the best, describing her as fast, attentive, helpful, empathetic, professional, well-mannered, patient, and willing to go the extra mile. She is recognized for expertly handling prescriptions, navigating customer records, and understanding customer frustration during difficult times. Several customers state this is the best Walgreens in town, citing a clean, organized, and well-stocked store with staff knowledgeable on policies, which is very helpful for military customers. The employee's service makes customers feel hopeful and encourages them to return.

Best Walgreens in Santa Fe, the management and staff are always friendly. Convenient for those outside the city limits.

Very cheap and affordable for the price of the thing I got. No lines and easy to find what I needed. It was also very easy to ask for things I needed to find.
