We had Jasmine. No personality at all! No customer service skills. She couldn't wait to be done with us so she can go to lunch. My mom is elderly, and she didn't have patience with her. I think she was so worried about her fake eyelashes falling off.

This place sucks so bad. Bruno was not helpful and seemed like he didn't want to work.....There polices are bad and they do not help the customers. I will never bank at Wells Fargo.

Go to another Wellsfargo Bank. The one on Cerrillos is better than this one. Unpersonable and unfriendly was my experience from the gentleman that was working the counter.
