Put a NFCU in the West Side precluding me from driving 50 miles R/T. In a year NFCU shows up. Good job. Someone listened. Parking is in issue in a busy mall. Get over it. Benefit of having a NFCU here outweighs a parking space. Small inconvenience. Walk a little. Won't hurt you. Geewiz!”

“Not going to lie, I do 99.5% of my banking online. I have multiple accounts with GECU and have never had an issue. Recently moved and went into the upper valley location for the first time. Service agent in front was quick to try to assist me but as I needed a cash withdrawal I was directed to the virtual tellers in back. I'd never used one of these nifty machines but... virtual call connected with my teller quickly and she walked me through the process (simple, easy, painless). As I left service agents in front asked if I had any issues and wished me good night. So... some new technology to tackle but the same great service I have always received from them.”
