“First American Bank has always been very helpful. The tellers and customer service at the Swan Street location have always been very good. But recently when I decided to spend $3500 for an online purchase, I had to go to First American to wire the money. Cristy and Kasey in the customer service section asked me some questions about my purchase. They were a little skeptical about the website. They checked it out themselves with me sitting in their office. They found out and proved to me that the website was a scam!
