“I am introducing Nitrogen into my kegerator, they had to order from El Paso. I had a choice of straight nitrogen or a 75% nitrogen 25% co2 mix. The bottle should be in Silver City just before I get my regulator set up. Nice to have the local service.”
“This is a great retail store. I have gone here many times, and each time I always find a decent tool. Honestly, it surprises me that many of their tools, while they may not always match higher-end brands like Milwaukee Tool, have been consistently good in quality.
The employees, as mentioned in other reviews, are polite people. They might ask if you need help or not, but most of the time I turn them down. However, by the mere act of them going out of their comfort zone and asking, it is virtuous.
Overall, I like the place. They’re also respectable with their return policy. I read on some forums from Reddit that the manager decides how returns are conducted, with one guy mentioning he had to bring his physical receipt and couldn’t file a return because of the manager’s policy. Regardless, I lost my receipts for a few things I bought, and the employee at the counter just asked what was wrong. I told him, showed my receipts via email, got a refund, and went on my merry way.”
“Walked in while waiting on my pizza from forests. Bought a chainsaw with the help of Bryan (194T). I was given amazing help by the staff but especially Bryan. Since they didn't sell the 180 1cs any more. He sold me the next best.”
