He was very professional and had a good sense of humor as we joked about IPhone vs. Samsung. The other staff also were professional and very friendly. Great experience overall. “This is the best Walmart I have ever shopped. We travel several months of the year in an RV going across the country, so we have a lot of stores for comparison. The aisles are much wider than average, the store was clean as was the bathroom and parking lot but the amazing part was the employees! The 2 young girls in cosmetics initiated an offer of help & went out of their way to try and find a product for me. Very helpful. Then an employee was guarding a spill in frozen foods until housekeeping got there to clean it. He noticed us looking for something and helped us find a similar product. Before we left, he called out to us that he had found the one we had been wanting. I was amazed at such personalized service. Silver City is lucky to have such a well managed store.”

“I was visiting Silver City when my SIM card decided to malfunction. I had never been to this location before, but needed to get this fixed in order to have service. The two employees working on a Thursday afternoon were able to help me get this resolved relatively rapidly. Both were very kind and helped me walk through the process of installing and getting the new SIM card they sold me set up the same day to restore my cellular service! Thank you!”
