Victra is a local Verizon Authorized Retailer offering a full range of wireless devices, accessories, and device protection. The store provides great customer service with knowledgeable, helpful, dedicated, patient, and professional consultants. Staff are noted for making things easy to understand, helping customers choose phones and accessories, and assisting with setup. However, the location has limited selection for good accessories like cases and earbuds, prompting some to look elsewhere. While store setup can take awhile, particularly with esim, customers report very pleased and great experiences overall, even when facing technical issues like malfunctioning internet.

Deleted my sim on my phone by accident and river and Chris hands down gave me some of the best customer service I’ve had. Very welcoming and literally handled my issues like a couple of wizards. Went in frustrated and left with a smile. Thanks again guys
