“Deleted my sim on my phone by accident and river and Chris hands down gave me some of the best customer service I’ve had. Very welcoming and literally handled my issues like a couple of wizards. Went in frustrated and left with a smile. Thanks again guys”

“James M, and Alex. I want to personally tell whomever is reading this l, but this post is for upper Management and ownership of this T-Mobile. Long story short I'm new business owner dealing with tons of frustrations as a 1 man operation. This T-Mobile Store in Silver city went beyond what any sales rep or customer service rep should ever have to deal with. Thank you guys for getting me started and with everything I needed in my budget. Management be aware of these two individuals. Super professional super patient and definitely recommend.”
