118 Manzanares Ave, SocorroThe place is about you would expect for a small town, ita sorta a hole in the wall and dingy but there was plenty of seating and the food was good, the woman taking our order was super nice. I ordered the red stuffed sopapilla and it was crunchy and filled with plenty of meat, I was actually pretty happy with the way they make their stuffed sopapilla and could definitely see my self eating their on the weekends for breakfast or lunch with their menu. It was not at all on the expensive side and worth the stop. I definitely recommend you give it a try if you're in the area and wanting New Mexican food.

Solid coffee (would recommend trying the butterscotch), plentiful and atmospheric seating both inside and outside, relaxed environment, and a selection of pastries (includes croissants, danishes, and/or pies) make it a great place to slow down and enjoy a free morning. They keep flyers up for events at the bar and around Socorro, which I've found helpful for getting more involved in the community. All the coffee places in town have something to their credit, but this is my favorite overall!

913 N California St, SocorroA small mom-n-pop type restaurant that looked clean and well kept. I stopped for a late lunch - it was a good time as there were just a few other patrons. I ordered the Old School Club - it was plentiful, fresh, and just plain good! The fries were perfectly done too. And of course, I had to try their fried ice cream... it was such a final palate pleaser. The server was also very attentive and pleasant. I'll have to stop by there again when going through Socorro.

1123 NW, Frontage Rd, SocorroI have to say Jackson Ranch Steakhouse is a fantastic place. The food is delicious and they have a fun variety to choose from. Our waitress was super pleasant and attentive. And if you have a birthday, this place is a must to visit. (I won’t spoil it for you)

I ordered an oven roasted turkey sandwich through the app, and it was ready right when I arrived. The staff was extremely nice and hospitable, which made the quick stop a pleasant experience. The restaurant itself is spacious, very clean, and well maintained. Definitely a great spot to grab a meal while on the road.
