Solid coffee (would recommend trying the butterscotch), plentiful and atmospheric seating both inside and outside, relaxed environment, and a selection of pastries (includes croissants, danishes, and/or pies) make it a great place to slow down and enjoy a free morning. They keep flyers up for events at the bar and around Socorro, which I've found helpful for getting more involved in the community. All the coffee places in town have something to their credit, but this is my favorite overall!

820 North California St Suites A & B, SocorroI visited this Subway while passing through on my way to Colorado. I ordered an oven roasted turkey sandwich through the app, and it was ready right when I arrived. The staff was extremely nice and hospitable, which made the quick stop a pleasant experience. The restaurant itself is spacious, very clean, and well maintained. Definitely a great spot to grab a meal while on the road.
