“I have been using Happy Tails for 5 years. I have left my dogs with Mary one of the agents who works with them and I could not be happier. My dogs were well taken care of. She sent us photos showing all was well and she brought the mail in, give them thier shots and medicine when needed. They even offered to walk them. The yards where clean when I returned and the dog bowls were cleaned every day. When the ac went down as well they where on it and the problem solved so quickly. This company goes above and beyond with thier services. I am so happy a company like this is availabe. I hate to brother family with this so Happy Tails steps in and saves the day. “Friendly & helpful staff, and my dogs love the customizable Activa food! I love that I can call in an order of the custom food & it'll be ready when I get there. My only issue is how expensive everything else is. Many products have a huge markup compared to other pet stores, even with the exact same brands, so while I'd usually be buying dog treats and other things when I pick up food, I don't because they're so overpriced.”

“Hello, I have some questions. The service at your stores is actually very good, but I want to know why if you sell exotic animals, why don't you have a veterinarian available 24/7? For those of us who have exotic animals, it is difficult to see how our animals get sick on a weekend. It is impossible to find an exotic animal veterinarian in the early hours of the morning. they should Not only sell exotic animals, but they also should have the facility for an exotic animal to save them in case of something of life or death. They feel pain and it is very painful to see how they die or one has to put them to sleep because it is the only way out when you can be saved by medical attention thank you very much.”

“Super great environment, staff is very knowledgeable. if you are a first time goer and you go soon after this review is made, do you know that they have been moving and have a lot of things going on right now, but once they get up and running, their selection is always amazing and they always have a very diverse reptile viewing. fino’s RAINFOREST also has a zoo that you can visit and they will give you a full detail tour and show you a bunch of crazy cool animals many animals that I had seen for my first time in person was because of this tour that they provided. The people there are great. The environment is great. The mood is great, and the workers always have a smile on their face, when wanting to do a trade or wanting to buy, they are always very negotiable and reasonable about their prices and or trade, and if you only stop in one time to view, do not let that time be your judgment on what this business is able to provide. If you want to stay up to date on all of their animals, they also have a Instagram page that does a very good job at showing you what they have new in stock at the store. Would definitely recommend stopping by!”
“Tractor supply off of loop 375 is my favorite tractor supply store. The customer service was friendly and everything I needed was in stock. They have rearranged the store again which is common for retail stores. It seems they have reduced their clothing line a little bit, maybe in preparation for their holiday season. Today I was able to pick up a few small gifts for Christmas they have some really nice collector vintage model cars. They also have some new toys up near the register.”
