“I bought bird supplies, including a cage and feed, and the staff helped me check sizes carefully before purchase. One cage had a small dent, which I noticed before leaving, and they replaced it immediately. The shop has a good selection, but the layout feels a bit tight when there are many customers inside. Still, the staff stays attentive even in that environment. I didn’t feel ignored at any point during my visit.”
“The workers were very nice and attentive. Things were kind of expensive but everything seems high quality. Floor was kept clean and the sections were organized well. No complaints.”
“I went to this location to get advice on how to manage my pets over the 4th of July weekend. The staff at this location were very helpful. The store is super clean. Not easy to get to due to the construction on Artcraft directly across from the parking lot. But I was happy to pick this location, the customer service was wonderful. Don't let the construction keep you away.”

The price at the store was $186 and online it was $88 I purchased for pickup at the store, the staff was nice enough to let me pickup right then and there instead of waiting 2hours for them to have my order ready. They also informed me they price match which is very helpful!!”

I drove straight from the airport to this store to view three cats they had waiting for loving homes. It was so incredibly hard to leave two behind but I knew three would be too much for her. So many employees offered ideas and assistance. Everything from finding me in the store to give me a book of coupons, assistance with locating items in the store to loading my car. It was truly a one of a kind experience. If you are looking to adopt a pet, please rush to this location and save the two I had to leave behind.”

My dog has a special diet and struggles digesting kibble and Klarissa was extremely helpful and gave me amazing advice. Very nice and easy to talk with. “This is a late review, a few days ago my son and I went in to casually look at some freshwater fish. We were greeted as soon as we walked in by Brian. He took the time to explain to us the type of fish they had left and why they won't be carrying fish soon. “I went to this pet shop just to buy food, but ended up getting a few accessories too because of the staff’s suggestions. They didn’t push anything unnecessary, just explained what might suit my cat better. At checkout, there was a small confusion with pricing on one item, but they corrected it quickly once I pointed it out. The place gets a bit tight when crowded, but the product variety makes it worth visiting. I left with more than I planned, but nothing felt like a waste.”
