“I bought bird supplies, including a cage and feed, and the staff helped me check sizes carefully before purchase. One cage had a small dent, which I noticed before leaving, and they replaced it immediately. The shop has a good selection, but the layout feels a bit tight when there are many customers inside. Still, the staff stays attentive even in that environment. I didn’t feel ignored at any point during my visit.”

“I went to this location to get advice on how to manage my pets over the 4th of July weekend. The staff at this location were very helpful. The store is super clean. Not easy to get to due to the construction on Artcraft directly across from the parking lot. But I was happy to pick this location, the customer service was wonderful. Don't let the construction keep you away.”

My dog has a special diet and struggles digesting kibble and Klarissa was extremely helpful and gave me amazing advice. Very nice and easy to talk with. “Miss Patty is an incredible trainer! With her training and guidance I was able to learn my dog’s cues and understand her behaviors. Before attending this class, my puppy wasn’t fully potty trained. After the first two lessons, my dog was fully potty trained and we stopped using puppy pads! She taught her cues such as drop/leave it, off, lay, stay, and wait, which are extremely helpful in keeping my puppy safe. Furthermore, I learned how to correct unwanted behaviors such as biting and jumping up on people. In addition to being an amazing trainer, she was very accommodating whenever there had to be an adjustment to the schedule.
My puppy loved every minute of training and is always excited to see Miss Patty. I would 1000% recommend taking her class!”

“I went to this pet shop just to buy food, but ended up getting a few accessories too because of the staff’s suggestions. They didn’t push anything unnecessary, just explained what might suit my cat better. At checkout, there was a small confusion with pricing on one item, but they corrected it quickly once I pointed it out. The place gets a bit tight when crowded, but the product variety makes it worth visiting. I left with more than I planned, but nothing felt like a waste.”
