Justine helped me ship a package to China today. She was kind, professional, and worked hard to make sure we did things right. She did everything she could to keep costs as low as possible. This included providing a smaller box than what I brought. 5 stars all the way for Justine and 9 to 5.

Very helpful. I had a booklet to be cut and bound. First place I went to said "no way." Pat took a look at it, put it on her massive antique cutting machine, and in less than an hour had it bound and back to me - for a good price. Thanks!

Nice owners and crew.They even have a notary, something increasingly rare these days.
