United States Postal Service staff are described as patient, professional, and friendly with a wonderful sense of quiet humor. They are efficient even during extremely busy times, and are helpful and fast. Workers are nice and clearly explain processes. However, there is no answer for unresolved issues like missing mail and packages that were not received after being forwarded for months.

The main guy working here has always been friendly, helpful, and usually quite fast. He helped us get our cluster box set up and find some missing mail.
