Pam and Scott are amazing! They are the new owners and will go out of their way to make you feel welcome. They have an amazing variety of postal supplies as well as cards and gifts! They make shipping easy, too. Their graphic designer can do just about anything that is asked of her and the rest of the staff are wonderful. Thank you all for making shipping, printing and shipping easy and fun.

The establishment itself is commendable, and the owner was exceptionally helpful—addressing my needs thoroughly and answering all of my questions with professionalism. However, my experience was significantly impacted by the conduct of the front desk staff. The individual lacked basic customer service skills and engaged in an unprofessional dispute with a customer rather than handling the situation with courtesy and tact. This interaction reflected poorly on the overall experience and suggests a need for improved staff training and oversight.

Nice people. Efficient. Store feels very cluttered. Who would be crazy enough to spend $5 to email ONE document to them to print and still pay the print fee too. If you're a Notary like myself, or you just don't feel like being ripped off, just go to your local library to print things for a far more reasonable price.

We shipped a package for a customer from CT to FL and it ended up in New Mexico at an invalid address, no idea how that transpired. 9to5 shipping was able to procure the shipment and facilitated getting the package to our customer at the correct address in Florida.

In the past few years I've used 9 to 5 to ship a lot of my paintings, including work an entire exhibit in 2024. I appreciate the care they put into handling and packing my work and everything has always arrived in perfect shape. The staff are friendly, efficient, and easy to work with. Shipping valuable items can be stressful but they inspire confidence in their ability to handle the job. I always recommend 9 to 5 to my artist friends.

To have a notary sign your form costs 10$, here. Its 0$ at the bank! Over Covid she would not allow her notary to sign any exemption from vaccination forms for the school year. She had a note up in her store stating that the notary will not sign exemption from vaccination forms for children! This is unlawful and unconstitutional- she could have been sued and put out of business. I had another review up but thought I better make it more concise so that people would read it and understand. She kicked me out of her store, indefinitely, for telling her it is unlawful for her to dictate what her notary can and cannot sign. Praying her eyes and heart open.
