Yesterday I took my old cracked phone and my new unlocked phone here to get the SIM card switched. The guy was able to swap the SIM for me. However, the tray broke and even though the phone worked I couldn't get the tray out again. I was told to take it to Electric Sheep computer store...like they were affiliated. At the computer store Gary fixed it easily, but called the store because they should've paid for the repair ($20). After 30 minutes on the phone he talked to the owner who said that they didn't break it and wouldn't pay. They should've replaced the sim tray but refused. So I'm stuck with a broken sim tray. Just throwing this out there so you know what you're dealing with.I'll make a complaint with Verizon Corporate next week. Is this how they want to be represented? T-Mobile may be my next purchase after being with Verizon 15+ years.

Completely fraudulent. Came to this location and went through a whole process, giving all my personal information to upgrade my phone with an employee and after spending and hour with him for the process he told me it won’t work. Couldn’t tell me why, just continued digging his hands in a bag of chips in between bites of a candy bar. He was unprofessional and unhelpful, so I left without a new phone. I called to make sure all my information was erased and that I won’t get billed for anything, but alas no return call and the bills started coming my way. I call a real Verizon number and they inform me a brand new phone has been purchased and activated under my name. No one at this shop will return my calls. And now I’m being charged for a phone I do not have. Very sketchy, straight up fraud.

Got my phone very quickly. Juliana was extremely nice, but seemed a bit nervous. She WAS Very Helpful & Informative. However, this phone took some time to understand how to use / program. A CRASH COURSE IN THE STORE WOULD BE HELPFUL. How to program numbers, check texts, Emails, basic stuff would be really helpful!!

My transfer from T-Mobile to Verizon was not going smoothly. On-line support from Verizon was pitiful. So I drove back into town (35 minutes) and went back to the local Verizon Authorized Dealer. They solved the issue within less than 5 minutes. Great experience!

Great service. I think his name was Mario he was very good at his job. He knew exactly what he was doing. He needs a raise The rest of the staff is great also. Always on top of the game and very helpful. Highly recommend Russell Cellular in Taos NM.

My experience at this store gave me faith in humanity again. They equipped me with the essential knowledge needed to navigate and intelligently choose from a complex set of plans, devices, and accessories. But that’s table steaks compared to the incredible focus and follow-through from Anastasia, who singlehandedly and proactively solved what can only be called a nightmare, with my former service provider. She makes me proud of my decision to go with Verizon, and she should make the brand proud too. Thank you.

Russell Cellular was a very positive experience today. The reason is because of Mario, our serviceman. He was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. He explained our plan very well, and repeated things that we did not understand. He is patient and works wonderfully with customers. He multitasked very well and never got frustrated.
