“This is a nice, new, big store. Everything looks clean. It is FULL of merchandise. It seems very crowded.Cash register/check out area is very confusing. It is more like a big circle than regular lanes like at most every other store in the USA. Is it self check? Where is the cashier? Am I even in line?Speaking of the cashier, she did not ask if I was a member of the rewards program. I was only buying a $2 can of dog food, so I didn't say anything about her oversight. Maybe she didn't ask because she thought a $2 sale wasn't worth the trouble.I like that I can bring my dog in here. I don't want to leave her in the hot car if I can bring her inside.If I could give this place 3½ stars, I would. I think that's a more accurate reading than 4 stars. But I will round up.”

“Glad to finally have a harbor freight in Taos, but the staff here was outstanding. I came in looking for a specific tool, and Miguel took his time to hunt it down for me. It made me feel important as a customer which is rare these days. The whole staff was very attentive, helpful, and professional. Great place!”
