“Mark Sheriff was extremely helpful on a recent Sunday… it was just after closing, yet he went out of his way to help us get feed in spite of that. An above and beyond service-minded employee who deserves extra mention!!! Thank you thank you!”

“Have been using Georges for 30 years. While Georges is not the largest Hardware store it is the best price wise and customer service wise. If George doesn't have it he will get it for you usually within a week. As everyone knows Ace has the highest prices in town. Last week I needed some grout and the price difference between Ace and George's was $3.00. Needless to say ace really wanted to rip me off. George is a great person to work with and has even been know to lend me a tool now and then.”

“The new 10% restocking fee is absolutely diabolical in a small tight-knit mountain town... Do y'all realize that anybody can get everything that you have in your store on Amazon for generally half the price... I hope you all go out of business, because you have permanently and completely lost mine”

“An employee named Sundeep saw me getting frustrated, looking for something that was not on the shelf. He took the time to leave his station and hunt down the last hidden bag of what I was looking for. So refreshing when someone not only does a good job that goes beyond to help frustrated customers. Thank you Sundeep!!!😸”

“The repair process took two weeks due to 2 separate trips. First trip to confirm that what I had detailed in my claim and the second trip to install the parts that were ordered to fix the issue. The process would have been quicker if the parts were ordered prior to the first trip out to diagnos the issue. Why ask the customer what's wrong and what error codes your appliance is throwing if all you're going to do is come out and diagnose it anyway. Total waste of time in my opinion. Don't get me wrong, our service tech was very polite and fixed our appliance. The process is what needs to be fixed.”
