“There is a saying that goes somewhat like this. While things may work in the rest of the world, they fail in Taos. Having grown up in Taos in the 60s and 70s and in then for 10 years after 2010, I can personally attest to that saying. But....Brownrice is not only the exception to this but really a juxtaposition to being in Taos at all. Their level of expertise and customer service is something I would expect to get in Silicon Valley, not Taos. Top Notch Company. Bravo Brownrice.”

“The best Internet provider in Taos. Excellent Customer and Tech Service. Fast and reliable internet service from a locally owned provider. “ I spoke with Tim on the phone at your tech support service line yesterday around 3:30 about my slow internet speed and he was so kind, courteous and helpful in confirming that my service was faltering based on his tests. He asked helpful and pertinent questions about my availability for a service stop and scheduled for the following morning. Sam and Brian arrived by 8 am and immediately saw that my antenna had been blown out of tower range by the wind and had it fixed in less than 30 minutes. It’s working and super fast again. Thank you for the excellent customer service from everyone involved. So glad to have the support of a locally owned business.””
