“I did had trouble porting from att to Verizon but Raul was sooo helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I don’t know how these folks can be so patient having to call customer service multiple times a day. I certainly wouldn’t be. I did have to come back multiple times to get the issue resolved but Raul was great to work with and made sure it got done.”
