“I did had trouble porting from att to Verizon but Raul was sooo helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I don’t know how these folks can be so patient having to call customer service multiple times a day. I certainly wouldn’t be. I did have to come back multiple times to get the issue resolved but Raul was great to work with and made sure it got done.”

“The staff at Herdner & Paseo have been quality and top-notch from my first visit to most recent. The staff are very present and patient and work well together with the flow of incoming clientele as a whole. They are also pros at knowing when to guide us towards 611 for more additional assistance. Thank you all.”
