“I went in yesterday with my 11 year old nephew who is a dinosaur fanatic, and we had the best experience. Vanessa was so kind, so knowledgeable, so attentive. She took so much time to show us things and explain everything, made us feel like she had all the time in the world for us even though I know she probably had other things to do. The fossils and meteorites were fascinating and astounding but the part that stayed with me after we left was the fantastic customer service she provided to us. She made our day.”

“The owner Allen was amazing. We were greeted when we entered even though we know we looked out of place (we did not plan to stop and shop as we'd been camping). But I'm soooo glad we did. I showed him a piece I'd seen online and had been looking for- for over a year! He guided us to what he had that was similar. He not point helped us but he educated us on the pieces, but he was not pushy at all. He truly knows the pieces in his store, he's genuine and is a true gentleman. Highly recommend!”

“I had antique, Art Deco, opal ring with a chip and I knew from looking at Emily Ruffin’s designs that she was the only one I wanted to work on it. I sent it to her along with some other sentimental pieces to repair: a ring with sapphires and a ring with emeralds and diamonds. Emily explained everything to me very clearly about what she was going to do to fix the rings. Emily’s staff helped me with the shipping, which is a special process for insurance and safety. Everything worked beautifully, and as I imagined, the work was impeccable. I am now enjoying wearing my rings again and I feel safe knowing the stones are all secure. Plus, they look so pretty. Emily helped me choose a stone to create a new, unique mother’s ring with representing each of my three kids on one piece I can stack with my wedding rings. Quality of work: Five stars. Customer service: Five stars. Artistry/style: Five stars. Thank you Emily and team!”

Received a broken glass item in a soaked box. No response and I guess no customer service. It was packaged in a big floppy box with items and Peanut styrofoam. It should have been packed better.”
“This store and the owner are fantastic! We found a necklace that we really loved but weren't able to make it back in before we had to leave town. The owner was kind enough to ship the necklace to me overnight delivery so that I could get it in time to give to my girlfriend for our anniversary. Thank you so much!
