I had so much fun talking to the owner, Jesse, about igneous rocks. Then I bought an awesome piece of pegmatite. I wish I lived in Taos just so I can visit this store more often.

Very friendly folks. Very helpful in finding what you need. If you can think of a rock/stone, they have it - just ask. Even quiet, introverted, nerdy types can feel at home in this shop. I had a great time shopping here.
