Hello we stayed at the Hotel for 2 nights and the room was excellent but the Front Desk staff were not helpful. We asked for towels in the Morning and never received them and had to hunt down a Custodian to get towels. Also the Restaurant was short staffed and very slow for Dinner. Your Hotel needs better Management.

The hot-water furnace was turned off at night; we had to call at 7:00 AM to have it turned on for showers. One front desk person seemed irritated when we asked for assistance. On the other had, the people serous in the ballroom (we had a large family gathering) we excellent, very friendly and efficient.

Great Rooms and Friendly Service. Excellent food and bar area at the hotel. Always an enjoyable experience!!
