“Nothing comes close to the experience of staying in this home of Tony and Mable Dodge Luhan.Rooms: Individual and unique, each and every one.Walkability: There are several ways to access the Main House. Two of those ways involve stairs. The Third through the large gate near the Pigeon Houses is all on one level. This is like a living museum of another time. So don't expect access to be all on one level nor via ramps etc.Food & drinks: Lovely sweets and hot drinks await all who visit at all hours of night or day.Very good meals during the workshops we hear !”

“It was a childhood dream to get to stay there, but the difficulty getting to Room 121 was crazy. Up the elevator, then the steps down, then up to our room. It's not easy with a big suitcase. I suggest they have a bellhop to assist you.”

“Spot on for slope-side. Food was really excellent, surprisingly so. Second, like many slope-side spots, super friendly staff. And lastly, just a great place to take a break and put up your feet. If you're on the mountain in Taos - check it out.”

“We love staying in historic hotels & the Historic Taos Inn did not disappoint! Starting with the communications from the concierge, Mac, to the day we left, we were made to feel welcome & happy we stayed there. Our room was perfect! Located in a perfect place to walk to restaurants, stores & museums, we loved it! The bar area & restaurant were fun & the food was delicious. Divine, the hostess, was friendly & welcoming in Doc Martin’s. Three days were not enough, we will be back! Thanks, Mac, you’re the best of the best! Cheers!”

“Although it's smaller than most casinos in New Mexico, The Taos Mountain Casino is a fun place to visit and play the impressive variety of slot machine games available. The Taos Mountain Casino has slot machine games with $5 per play only, $1 machines and most are the games you can play with a penny, a nickel, a dime or a quarter. They also have a new Roulette game that looks fun, I didn't play it, but next time I will try it. I broke even recently, when my friend and I decided to play a few games at The Taos Mountain Casino. This local casino is Owned by Taos Pueblo, the Native American Tribe that has been located in the Taos Valley at the foothills of Taos Mountain, for more than 900 years. The staff is very friendly and another really nice thing about this casino is they have a Great Snack Bar/Grille, where they make your food cooked to order, at a reasonable price. The best deal are probably the delicious $1 Tacos and free soft drinks, coffee and other beverages. The Taos Mountain Casino is located about one mile inside the Taos Pueblo and can be reached from the two main roads leading into the Historic Taos Pueblo, where the famous Multi-Storied Adobe Buildings have stood for nine centuries. The Taos Mountain Casino is not open 24 hours a day, like most, instead it closes each night at 10 p.m. It's not usually crowded, but does have a steady flow of patrons; check it out, you might win thousands, or tens of thousands of dollars. On your birthday, if you go to The Taos Mountain Casino, they give you $20 free play and they have special promotions once inawhile, like cars or trucks as prizes.”

“Resort is located very close to downtown area behind the art museum. Room is nice and comfortable although a bit cold. It has a partial kitchen with only a microwave for cooking but they will loan you air fryers, crock pots and electric frying pans. There is a communal kitchen available for more complicated cooking. Small gym to workout and a community room with a pay to play pool table. Room has a gas fireplace and it seems odd to me. I checked to make sure it worked in the afternoon and it did. Only turned it on for a few minutes. In the evening I thought I'd turn it on for awhile for atmosphere but wasn't sure if I should open the glass doors in front. Called the front desk to check and they said don't use it at all. They are defective and could lead to carbon monoxide being released. If that's true why are they still turned on with pilot light burning and no warning sign. Very strange.”

“We always stop here never had any problems. I will say the owners were there they show up 2minutes will breakfast closed and their behavior was very unclassy. But other then their privledged behavior it's quiet and I love that it's pet friendlyFood & drinks: They had music every night which I thought was great”

“It’s an older hotel but it’s sparkling clean, comfortable and the breakfast had everything we would have wanted. We were really pleasantly surprised having booked last minute on a holiday weekend and this being one of the only options left. We would 100% stay again when visiting Taos.”
