“Absolutely stunning selection of handwoven textiles, many by New Mexico weavers, including the visually exciting and colorful chenille pieces by Santa Fe weaver Nancy Paap, whose father was a Taos painter years ago. The owner is delightful, with excellent suggestions, and she shares everything about who the makers are. This is my favorite stop in Taos. It's located in the historic Bent Street, just down from the Taos Inn and Taos Blue, another fabulous shop with an eclectic collection of handmade and original pieces.”

“Chocolate + Cashmere is a small gem tucked away at the end of the shops on Bent Street. It is packed with not only the obvious (incredible chocolates and stunning cashmere pieces) but silk hand screened scarves, jewelry, delightful lotions and the best lip balm (non petroleum based and locally made) of all time. I always get in trouble when I pop-in. The sales person is lovely and friendly and always helpful.”

“Michelle’s is a magical place and curated by a magical lady. There are soooo many incredible finds! For such a small footprint, you’d be shocked and how many great things you will end up wearing. When visiting Taos recently we went back twice and found additional items ‘we had to have’. If you are in the area, you have to shop here. Even if you aren’t she’s on IG and can ship to you.
