“Did regular business thru the drive thru during business hours. First time in a long time I had to wait behind one other vehicle. Been using this bank since its previous logo. For my needs they have served me well.”
“Need to add secure, automatic locking doors to both sides of your atm booth if it's going to be so lit up inside of it that you can't see outside of it at night.
Went the other night to make a withdraw and there was someone hovering in the parking lot outside the atm booth, and from inside, I could not see anything outside, so I had to constantly watch both open doorways every time I heard a sound outside.
I mean either put some kind of anti reflective coating on the inside windows of the booth, so everyone can see outside of it at night clearly, or add automatically locking doors to both sides of the booth, the ones that you need your atm or debit card to unlock from the outside. Either one of these would suffice, for the safety of the customers.
Of course the locking doors would be optimal, but at least the interior anti reflective coating would allow anyone using the atm to be able to see outside of it at night.
Otherwise, I've enjoyed being a customer.”
“Been a customer since 1975. At one point I thought I needed to change banks because my parents’ trust account was with Wells Fargo (have nothing good to say about that experience!) Then manager at Manzano, now retired, spoke with me personally (my first interaction with a BANK MANAGER - I was just a regular person!) convinced me to give them a chance of a few months, and indeed, that’s when I became very angry with Wells Fargo and transferred everything to Bank of the West. Since that time their banking and investment staff have bent over backwards to make sure my monetary interests were taken care of, meeting with me on a regular basis. Always very friendly and helpful.”

“AMAZING staff and WONDERFUL experience EVERY time!! Lorielle, the manager is the absolute best! She knows her stuff and can answer any questions I have and treats everyone with such respect no matter who they are. My whole family and I switched over from Wells Fargo and we are SOOOO happy we did!! Every time I walk in they greet me by name, are attentive to my needs, are always smiling, and do the same for everyone at the branch. Chase is truly the superior bank. This is coming from someone who has been a part of several American banks. They are simply the best.”

When I came back for the appointment, two employees helped process the paperwork and expedited an off-site employee to drill open the safe. All three were friendly, helpful and worked hard to deal with my situation. They had me in and out in just under an hour (fantastic considering all that needed to be done).”

“This review is for this location, not BOA as a whole. The people at this location are super friendly and incredibly helpful. I've been in twice, and both times only had a short wait to see a banker. For one, I had a very last minute notary and they were able to help me out on the fly so I could get back to the DMV before they closed. Craig is very kind and deserved to be recognized for awesome work!”

“I went to the branch to get help on my account with some unusual activity. Tellers were friendly, they sat me down with Sheri the banker right away. She not only helped me get these unusual charges disputed but also helped me with some banking education and showed me how to monitor my account with the Wells fargo app. I don't use technology much, but she made it easy for me to understand. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. I'm glad I do my banking with Wells Fargo.”

“I have been with Nusenda for decades. I have had very few issues and they are all resolved quickly and professionally. This week was no different. I went into the Juan Tabo branch to get some documents from my safe deposit box. Richard was assisting me. (I could spend the rest of this review about Richard. He is wonderful, very helpful and efficient. I wish he was a family member so I could see him on birthdays, holidays, etc. I love him that much!). My box was jammed. Richard and another employee tried numerous times to no avail. I needed the documents for a meeting the following day. Long story short, the gentleman that deals with these issues came in and was able to open my box that afternoon. He (sorry, I didn't catch his name) was also extremely friendly and professional. Kudos, Nusenda!”
