“I was short on time and picked this place to storage my items. Christi Cummins was fantastic and proactive with making sure that I was taken care of. She gave me all of the instructions, made sure I had the app setup and her jokes were funny. All and all it was a good experience. My unit was clean and using the app is easy. The only thing I would suggest it that the chain on the gate be replaced it's really squeaky and loud.”

“The facility is very clean. The working environment is very comfortable, thus it makes it easier to move items. The elevator is working great, I don’t have to haul boxes up the stairs. Very nice facility overall. The lady who helped us register was helpful and friendly.”
“I have rented from these folks for the past two years. Everyone who works here is extremely helpful and friendly. Both storage units that I have rented were exceptionally clean when I moved in. They have oversized cargo elevators to get you up to the second and third floors in addition to a wide variety of flat carts and dollies. The location is a cinch to get into and I don't think anyone could break into the inside units even if they tried.”
“I have rented here before recently and left and came back for many reasons.
1.The location is great to where I’m currently living at.
2. Love the 24 hour access … what a super convenience
3 the units are nice
4. Compared to other places the price is reasonable… a little more than some but honestly having that 24 hour access makes it worth it
5. My stuff is safe there.

7. But Most of all Sandy at the front desk has always been so helpful and friendly I don’t pay online but rather go in the office to pay just to enjoy pleasant conversation with her! I definitely would recommend this place”

“Exceeded my expectations. The staff was very friendly and helpful, more than I would expect, and I was able to get into the easily without any fuss, while the security around the place is still good. The layout was a bit labyrinthine, and navigating the narrow roads between units was a little challenging, but it was doable. The unit itself was very nice — while it lacked climate control, it was well insulated enough that it wasn't even necessarily. I felt no apprehension at leaving some of my more temperature sensitive items in there, even with the New Mexico heat. And the floor of the unit was above ground level by enough to make me not worried about water getting in. Would definitely recommend them.”
“I have had two storage units here for years. They have the best prices and the most understanding owners/staff. I have had storage units all over Albuquerque and Rio Rancho and this is by far my favorite place to store my stuff. I will never go anywhere else.”
