My wife and I came here as part of our Route 66 100 year anniversary trip. The Blue Swallow represents Americana in a straightforward, friendly manner. And people from all over the world stay here just to get an idea of what it feels like to live in a mid-century modern America, if only for an evening.

Exceptional staff. Right on Route 66 with great rustic charm and Route 66 character. Very nice room, bed and bathroom. Highly recommend.

Definitely a step back in time. I’ve stayed at a lot of places, but this will be one of my favorites. Not only because of the nostalgia, but because of the hospitality. The owners truly make you feel welcomed. If you’re passing through, try to book a room. You will not be disappointed.
