“By far, my favorite Best Western Hotel. After a long day of travel we were greeted with a smile and a soft baked double chocolate chip cookie. The room was clean and nicely decorated. Our room also had a balcony overlooking the pool. The hotel has a 24 hour gym you can access with your room key which has a spin bike, treadmill, elliptical, rowing machine, and a universal weight machine. The breakfast area is huge with lots of options. The servicer, Beth, in the breakfast area was top notch. What a positive, energetic employee. You can feel the "we care" attitude at this hotel.”

“We felt very welcome upon entering the front desk. The people who run this place in the evening thanked my husband for his service in the military, charged us a small amount for our dog, and even found an available room on the ground floor.The room was very clean upon entering, and there weren't any odors from smoking. I know this was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but we have been to other Motel 6 locations where this was not the case.Everything worked properly (A/C, Heat, and Hot water in the shower).The bathroom was very clean.Our room was very quiet and we didn't hear any parties going on next to us.Overall, we give this place 5 stars (I would give 10 if I could) and recommend it highly to other fellow travelers.”
“If you're going on a Route 66 this place is a must-stay. Just the outside is worth a stop, but a room here is like stepping back in time. All of the furnishings are original, and in excellent condition. My room even had a WORKING ROTARY PHONE! I called everyone I know from that phone just because ROTARY PHONE. The owner I met with was super friendly, and we chatted a bit about Tucumcari and Route 66 overall. 10/10, would definitely stay here again! On a side note: I recommend reserving this well in advance, as I hear that it books up pretty quickly and often. I think I reserved my room about 4 months out, but I would guess that during prime season, you might want to book further in advance. I was there on New Year's Eve, but even then, I think they were fairly booked up.”
