“It is a good gym, wonderfully friendly staff in a very nice, safe area. It possibly can not be helped, but this gym is massively overcrowded, even at 5AM, no lockers, one shower. The crowd was light at 10PM. So, just be prepared as there are no better options. The Y and other gyms are basically 9a-5p.”

“New equipment, mostly clean, full cardio and weight rooms. The basketball gym is not always available due to programs. Racquetball costs and rock climbing wall. Yoga - Zumba - Spin Class - Personal Trainers. Crowded after school or work lets out.”
“Never tried CrossFit before, I'm more of a yoga guy.My wife and I went in blind for a beginner class as a date night. Upon entering we were pretty nervous; there were a lot of fit people doing impressive things and my wife and I are not active people. The CrossFit folks greeted us both by name as we walked in, which took me by surprise, they obviously know their community and focused on making us feel welcome and warmly received.We both had a genuinely good time, the hour class flew by. The instructors were very attentive to our inexperience and limitations, they gave us modified exercises and worked around my knee injury.My wife completed here workout 6 seconds before I did. I've been reminded ever since. We plan to go every week.”
