I attended a wedding here in November. The weather was beautiful so we enjoyed the upstate, New York isolation and tranquility. The cabins were impeccably designed and decorated. All the food I had this event was done by Innis and it was all absolutely delicious. From the breakfast and lunch at the restaurant, (the maple bacon is delicious) to the apple cider donuts and coffee that were served at each morning. It is a thoughtful and impeccable place to relax.Food & drinks: Great cocktails at all the cool little bar spaces. The restaurant was delicious, the grain bowl, crunchy chickpeas in the salad, the BLT on toasted sourdough!! Yum

Blows any other upstate hotel out of the water! Restaurant is spectacular, service is second to none. Hotels and cabins are clean, tidy, and shuttle service to and from your cottage always available. Staff was on point. They are working on building and finishing its spa services, which were not yet available. Although, they could coordinate an in room spa service if you’d like.Plenty to do around the area such as hikes, brewery, restaurants.Always recommend all friends to stay here if looking upstate and especially for special occasions.Inness planned my proposal and it could not of gone more perfect. The golf course is great for a 9-hole course and the staff is extremely friendly, kind and caring. Include the golf if you stay here. Also dog friendly for the pups with plenty of grass area for them to run around!Rooms: Amazing, clean, quiet, comfortable.Food & drinks: Amazing restaurant, must dine here for dinner on the patio!Noteworthy details: Plan your engagement here if this is your style. The team is on another level of helpful with attention to detail and caring!

The location met every expectation -- tranquil, remote, but with enough comfort and amenities as to not feel inconvenienced. Staff was immensely helpful upon arrival and at departure, transporting us and our luggage with pleasant conversation and stellar recommendations. Restaurant reservations were easy to secure and the food / service were excellent. The cabins genuinely felt very large, yet cozy. Simply loved walking around the property at sunrise and dusk. This is the perfect getaway for some fresh air and adventure. This place is beautiful and clean, with a wonderful staff always ready to help, professional and make you feel like you’re part of the community. They also offer different outdoor activities and I’m looking forward to coming back and checking the new spa. However, while the restaurant is beautiful, the food is very limited and not very tasty.

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. We went with my family for Thanksgiving and it was terrible. My in-laws heat went out the first night, the staff eventually fixed it but then woke them up again in the middle of the night to check if it was working. A door in their cabin wouldn’t shut & kept popping open to the outside. We were told we could order room service at 7:30 for a 8:30 delivery but they didn’t answer and when we went to the restaurant to ask they basically said, “we’re short staffed so you’re just going to deal with it.” Just so unbelievably rude. The thanksgiving meal was insanely disorganized, took 2.5 hrs to get through and was disgusting. It’s like the general manager quit months ago and everyone is just showing up to work with no direction or care. The staff obviously seemed in distress and when paired with the extreme attention to aesthetic details but nothing else it made for a super awkward, miserable experience. Don’t waste your time or money. Also smelled like sewer.Food & drinks: Avoid the restaurant at all costs.

Love everything about this place. Beautifully done. Amazing views. One of the best meals we’ve had all year for dinner in the restaurant. Great for dog owners. Hanging out in The Farmhouse is awesome. Highly recommend!

We were really excited to check out Inness and the restaurant. We came for lunch and had subpar service, and mediocre food at best. For the price and atmosphere I had much higher hopes for the service and quality of food. Truly one of the more disappointing dining experiences we have had as frequent visitors in the Catskills.

We slept in one of the cabins and do not have hot water. We asked for a solution, and their response was to shower by the pool. When we are leaving they eventually fixed the hot water and said that we could shower. By that time it was too late and did not help resolve the lack of understanding that they had.We have multiple rentals, and if any of our guests said that they did not have hot water, we would immediately provide some money back on their stay. The cost of staying somewhere is literally directly associated with the use of the utilities. Why as a company, would you not consider some type of compensation even if it is like half off your next stay. In addition to this, why would you as a company suggest to shower by the pool, Why not just switch rooms?Operationally speaking they need to improve the awareness of their customer service when it falls outside of the normal process. The dust on all the surfaces, the over priced mediocre food, the broken bicycles, unfortunately did not help.Feels like a three-star hotel. If your looking for a get away that has done what they're trying to do, stay at one of the Auberge resorts...

This place is beautiful! Lovely lovely! @owners!!! PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF creating a better menu that reflects the price you pay! The bacon is such bad quality the salad was onions and lettuce come on… $31 for that??? You can do better to match how beautiful everything else is! Please get a new chef that reflects a yummy menu!

It's one of the nicest places I've been to in upstate NY. They chose this spot so well. The cabins are almost perfectly built, which I really appreciate. Good quality craftsmanship is definitely hard to find in NY hospitality. The honor bar at the farmhouse is crazy well curated, the food at the restaurant great, yet it's a small menu and might get boring if you stay a week. The only things that bothered me as a sustainability manager were the paper and plastic cups used all over the resort, that the golf cars aren't electric and that there are no charging stations for EVs. I know for most people that's irrelevant but in the grand scheme of the world burning everything counts.
