“I’m new to Napanoch and to owning a home. I had no idea there were laws/rules about mailbox placement or any of that.Well Diane has endless patience and is kindly extending the package collecting period until the ground thaws so we can put the mailbox in.So amazing. She didn’t know me from anyone and still went out of her way to help me. Just awesome. Never thought I’d be inspired to write a review about a post office - but she and the employees there make it special. And make life much easier on me.Much appreciated!!!”

“Unbelievable customer service. After dealing with a lifetime of rude New York City postal employees, the Olivebridge branch is a sigh of relief. Conscientious workers who take their jobs and our local neighbor's needs seriously. And they're out there, delivering mail and parcels In the severe ice and snow storms where other local services take a winter break, they're out there on the road. I cant say enough good things about this particular branch of the post office.”

“Never had a problem here. There’s always a familiar clerk at the window — a Caucasian female with darker hair that’s always been pleasant and helpful.
Yes, it’s rather inconvenient that the service window/counter closes down entirely for 90 minutes Monday-Friday for lunch, but ALL of the smaller POs in this area do that.”

I will add, though, that the automated menu you get when you call the number they have posted here is really frustrating :/ Makes it difficult to get a direct number.”
“the lady that helped me before close today was wonderful. i sent out a box to my boyfriend who is in the Army overseas and she was super polite and patient with helping me get that to him. she is a very kind woman and was sincere with each customer!! i did not catch her name but i appreciated her a lot.”
