“Great service as usual. It has been a few years since I have been to Gene's but still the best place to go for quality work and customer service. No worry about trying to up sell you like the chain places. I had to replace the upper/lower control arms and tie rods on my truck and needed an alignment. Called Gene's first thing Monday morning hoping to get in there sometime during the week. He actually offered to try and squeeze me in that day if I could drop it off. I chose to just drop it off the next day on my way to work. Received a call from Gene by lunch that it was all set. Steering wheel is now straight and drives nice and straight. I'm very pleased and at a reasonable price. A+”

“I had a brake piston seize up and the pads ate the rotor. I pulled into Mavis in Stone Ridge and they took me right in. They were so quick that I asked them to inspect the vehicle as preventative maintenance. They showed me several issues that were occurring and gave me their opinion on what should be done and when it should be done. Because I was there and they were on top of their game I had them take care of most of the issues. When I got the car back a few hours later the ride was noticeably improved. I will be going back to them for my inspection and the additional maintenance that they recommended before the winter. I highly recommend Stone Ridge Mavis. Both the manager and the service technician were gentlemen. They treated me like a neighbor that they would see again, and they will!”

Because I purchased tires from them before, my rotation and balance was free. I was in and out in less than an hour. Service was fast and friendly. 100% would go here again! Thanks guys”
