“In for rear brake service. Service department running shorthanded with only 1 advisor and a new guy as well. It led to delays that cost me 45 minutes between tech inspection and estimate. Would have been more, but I got antsy and went to check.

“Called on my way home from work to see if they had time for an estimate. Rob told me to come in anytime. Got there, he looked at it and was honest and told me my paint was fine and a lot of the scratches I thought I had would buff right out. The only problem I had was the dent. He recommended a paintless dent removal since it wasn’t too bad. He ended up taking my car in right away and had it looking as good as new in 30 minutes. And to my surprise, he didn’t even charge me for anything. Will definitely be back for any of my auto body needs. Thank you so much and appreciate the honesty!”
