“I don't bank there so I can't comment on service, I'm sure the tellers are amazing. I'd give five stars if the Drive-thru ATM hadn't been out of service for the past six weeks.”

“After putting up with bad service at another bank my 18 year old son stopped into ASB and in moments was treated to the best customer service banking experience. Well Done Alden State Bank”

“I just visited the Clarence branch to open a small business account. I wasn't sure how long it would take. Normally I would not have brought my 2 year old with me, but I had to today. Andrea was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient! Again, I apologize my 2 year old was trying to rearrange your office!”

“I have been working at this bank for a little over a year and I could not be happier where I am. Everyone here is so nice and this is such a great little community to be helping out.”
