Michael at the Genius Bar was very helpful in problem solving and trouble shooting. He was thorough and really listened to the customer. Was lucky to get in without an advanced appointment and waited less than 10 minutes.

Last night, I ordered a family dinner. The portions were very large and fresh. The baby plate was also a new combination and tasted delicious. Although they were very busy, they were very sincere and the service attitude was also very good. The children in the store did not speak English, but they were very polite. Every time I came, they would give me soda or plum prizes and fortune cookies. So cute. I saw that they also made a little more of the baby plate and other food I ordered for the children's dinner, which proved that the food was trustworthy! There was also a free General Tso's chicken and a bottle of Pepsi for me. They made meals and worked hard. No wonder they are so busy every time they come. It turns out that there is a reason for the good business! I will come again!

Unparalleled customer service experience both times I have visited the store this week. The employees have gone above and beyond to help me. I was locked out of my phone because I accidentally did a theft claim instead of a damage claim. AIG the insurance company was awful and it took days to get my phone back on. The employees at the Apple Store were kind enough to give me a loaner phone as well as hold a phone aside for me so that when my phone was unlocked, I would be able to swap my damaged phone for the new one. They had to get creative with a solution and I really appreciate it. I’m going the extra mile. This is the best experience I’ve had in an Apple Store anywhere in the country.

Stopped on here for my wife. Thank God I have a Galaxy. Went here to use apple care. They said they would call us and have not heard from them sense. This was weeks ago. Entire experience was weird.

Ali and Andrew were extremely helpful and not pushy. We knew what we wanted coming in, and they didn’t try to make us buy the newest biggest phone. They were patient and thorough, and made the whole process go so much smoother!

Was able to make an appointment and get a new AirPod. I do not like how the waiting area seating is medicine balls or sitting on boxes.

Honestly I'm pretty pissed off but I guess it was my fault walking in before they closed I just wanted to get a diagnosis an some options for my airpods my ear bud was humming an having static, was told couldn't do anything cuz it won't connect to their system, the case won't connect. But it connects to my fiances phone an my iPad but apparently something is "wrong" with the case. It was I'm trying to make a quick sale before the store closes an I just wanna go home. Guess I'll just take the loss deal with it till nothing works. Never again!!!.

Every time I come to this store to buy Apple gift card, they treat me like I’m a criminal. They roll their eyes and ask “Who is the card for? Do you have your ID with you?” like they caught me in a criminal act or smtn!I started going to Best Buy instead. All they say it please sign that you are aware of the scam thing on the screen and done!
