I was here earlier today and a woman was incredibly rude to the worker Jenna, who remained very professional. I probably would have been crying after being treated that way, but Jenna provided her and everyone else in the store with excellent customer service.

Took our 3 year old and 6 month old and had a wonderful time. The employees were awesome as they made building the bear extra special for our daughter with keeping her engaged.
