European Repairs, Inc. is a reliable and professional auto repair shop that caters to the needs of various car owners. The business is known for its prompt service, as it scheduled an appointment the very next day after being contacted. The mechanics at European Repairs are praised for their thorough diagnosis and repair of issues, including an oil leak and other problems in a Volkswagen vehicle. The parts were ordered, and the car was repaired within a few days, even before the scheduled appointment at the dealership. While the only complaint was a slight cigarette smoke smell in the interior, which faded after a few days, the attention to detail was commended, with photos of the issues texted and the invoice color-coded for each issue. Customers have had positive experiences with European Repairs, whether for oil changes or more extensive repairs on their Volkswagen, Mercedes-Benz, and BMW vehicles. The shop is described as extremely thorough, with reasonable costs and professional service. The mechanics are trusted to diagnose and address any issues, including common failure points, to keep the cars in top condition. The waiting room is also said to be incredible, adding to the overall positive customer experience.
If you have a Porsche, or some other foreign vehicle that is complex to repair, there is no reason to take it to the dealership. I highly recommend this place. Great customer service, great communication, and very reasonable prices is what makes this place attractive
