Selina Dutcher in sales took over emailing me available replacement cars before we met, making my new car choice easy. Once I selected my 2024 XC40 Selina was super attentive to all details of the sale-answering questions-advocating for the best price and trade in-arranging my pick up with careful instructions, a thoughtful gift and follow up class! I love my XC 40 and look forward to finding out its wonderful features.

“I visited Lia Hyundai, on 07/01/2026, to service my 2023 Palisade. I was able to pre-schedule the appointment for the 1st appointment of the day because I like to get in and out as early as possible. Oil change, tire rotation, NYS inspection and a recall to replace the 3rd row window glass film.
My Service Advisor, Josephine Calabro, couldn't have been nicer. She took good care of me by getting me in right away and keeping me informed of the progress of my vehicle as I waited in the customer lounge. Everything took 2. 5 hours and I was out.”

“Friendly, prompt, and professional. Oh, and donuts are back. Not that I have anything against fresh fruit, but the donuts were a welcomed surprise!
Brought my car in for state inspection, oil change, and factory recall. Worked with Alyx Gonch, who was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. She explained everything clearly and in a reasonable time I was heading out. Donuts arrived just in time!

Brought my 2019 CRV in for scheduled maintenance. Steve Smith was my service rep and was excellent as always, though it had been quite a while that I have worked with Steve.”

“I don't normally write reviews, but I had to give these guys their props. I haven't been to this shop in over a year. My buddy turned me on to this other automotive repair shop and I tried them out. Their work was impeccable but they are far from where I live and you can never get an appointment for less than a 2-3 week wait. I was having trouble with my front suspension and it couldn't wait 2-3 weeks to get fixed. I thought I'd give these guys another chance so I gave them a call to see if they could help me out. I explained my situation to Bob and he said I could drop the truck off and they'd have a look at it. I get a call a few hours later and Bob tells me what the problem is and that they have the parts to fix my truck and they could fix it today. They've won me back. Thanks for you're help Joe and Bob!”

“One time my windshield wipers didn't work, I called on a saturday and left a message asking their availability, they ended up calling me back a little later and told me they were just working on their own cars at the shop and to just come through real quick. All I needed was a little replacement piece that I plug into some panel, boom wipers fixed. Didn't charge me since it took 10 seconds and was a 50 cent piece. I had only been there a couple times before so I wasn't friends with them or anything, they just wanted to help out the kid who inherited his dad's old car and didn't fully know how it worked. Hopefully anyone reading this doesn't set off-hours quick fixes as an expectation, I just got lucky with the timing and living close by, but it still shows the kind of people they are. And if they're reading this, I'm sorry for parking my car facing the wrong direction on your one way street when my starter broke and I had to push my truck there. Thank you for not chewing me out. Going to miss having a mechanic I can trust when I move back to the west coast.”
