We started using these guys for inspections but when we had a flat they did there best to try to fix it vs automatically saying we needed new tires. These guy will be our go to from here on out!

Firestone is my new favorite place! My car stalled out on the thruway, so I brought it to Firestone, and they were so helpful. Kyle was so honest and realistic with me, and Matthew went above and beyond to help me! My car wouldn't start, and he helped me get it started so I could get home and not have to call a tow. He used his own vehicle to help get my car started and followed me home to make sure my car didn't stall on me again. (Which it did, lol). He helped me when it did stall again. Will only be going to them from now

Incredible Service at Firestone Albany – 10/10!
I can’t say enough about the outstanding service at Firestone on 188 Central Ave, Albany, NY, especially from Calvin! I live in Washington, DC, but needed four new tires and an alignment for my mother’s car in Albany. Calvin made the entire process effortless—coordinating the tow, finding the perfect tires, and getting everything done the same day.

I booked my appointment on line for 4 new tires. When I arrived for my appointment I was told they had to go to a nearby Firestone to get my tires. This caused a minimal delay in my service. For my inconvenience they gave me 1 tire for free. This was no small gift. Each tire was $152. Well done Albany Firestone! Your Firestone Weathergrip tires are awesome and so was your service.

Been a Firestone customer for years. Even have a Firestone cc. Went in for inspection and ended up spending $2100 when I was quoted $1,700. Then I was told they couldn’t get it done for 2 days so I ended up having to rent a car because I didn’t want the employees to have put my car together so I could drive it until the part came in. Then I get a call after one day saying my car was done even though I was told it would take two days so I spent $100 for a rental I didn’t need. Then they told me they would give me my oil change for free even though I never asked for an oil change. 55 years old and this is the first time I feel I got screwed over by a repair shop. Disappointed to say the least.

Everyone was so nice and treated me with respect. As a woman, I have had bad experiences at car places where I felt disrespected and degraded. This was the complete opposite of those negative experiences- will be returning for any and all of my car needs

Had the worst experience at this firestone today. They tried to charge me to fix their own work!! Another firestone changed out my brakes and didn't bleed the brakes properly. I asked them to do it and he charged me for a
"car care package" that I didn't ask for or need. The clerk, CALVIN then proceeded to argue with me that he needed to charge me so that his "guys could get paid" even though the brake job was covered under firestone warranty. He even went as far as getting aggressive and asked me if I "work for free." It sucks that they don’t feel like they’re getting paid fairly but why scam innocent customers?? The best part is, my brakes are STILL FAULTY. Also caught the entire thing on video. Will be contacting Firestone corporate + the Attorney Generals consumer fraud protection department ASAP.

I was in a pinch, needing my tire changed before a trip, and despite being close to their closing time John and Mike were able to help me out. It was greatly appreciated and they provided quick, good service I recommend.
