Horrible customer service. Employees are not trained in kindness whatsoever, very rude and condescending. Do not recommend this lululemon to anyone. I’ve been to other locations where they are extremely delightful and express gratitude in helping you— this is not found at lululemon Albany at all. I will never return here, even manager needs some lessons in customer service.

Worst customer service ever. You will stand in line for ten minutes while the cashier runs to grab 5 different things for someone else but when it’s your turn and you need a different size they take the next customer as you literally turn around to grab a different size. And then have to get back in line behind 10 people. Mind you there’s 5 employees just standing around.

Recently went in to see what could be done for a pair of leggings that had a seam rip - I know my options are that they’ll repair or replace within reason. The girl who was helping me told me that they had been in the dryer too much and that was the reason - they have seen a dryer maybe 4 times accidentally. I was told ‘the best they can do’ is to pick a similar pair of leggings in store since they didn’t have my original pair in store and that they’ll allow an exchange this one time. I felt pressured to pick a new different pair because it seemed like my only option. Once checkout was done and I left, I immediately regretted it and didn’t want a new different pair. I went back and spoke to who I believe are the managers and could tell they genuinely wanted me to be happy with my purchase - they helped me order the same pair and they’ll get shipped to my door. I’ve never had a poor experience at Lululemon and was very disappointed at how the first half of my trip went but very happy that it was resolved!

GREAT quality clothes and the material is not cheap at all. The clothes are sooo cute! I do think it's a bit overpriced but it depends on what you're getting. If you're the type of person who doesn't like spending too much money on clothes, this is DEFINITELY NOT the store you wanna shop at‼️Also just a suggestion, if you're a size xs or s and are shopping online on the app, the leggings are like all sold out for that size but I guess it depends on where you are? I was trying to shop online for some leggings, and my size (small) was literally all sold out so I just didn't bother getting it. I will definitely be shopping at Lululemon in the future!

Had an awful encounter with this store. Went to exchange a shirt bought in May due to pulls in the fabric. I figured with the “quality promise” it would be an easy exchange. Not at all. The girl working told me that she couldn’t exchange it. When I calmly challenged her on a few of her statements, she told me she didn’t like my tone. Then she said she may need me to leave the store. She gave me a phone number to call for help. Upon speaking with a lulu lemon “educator”, I learned that I was in fact correct, and the quality promise should have been honored in the store. I will now need to jump through hoops (fill out an email form, wait 2 weeks for a response) to do what should have been a simple return and a pleasant experience. Lululemon has lost a customer who used to spend a lot of money every year on the products.

This location you either get very nice associates and a quick check out, or no one says hello to you and you wait in line for 10-15 minutes. I will give this location another chance but currently more cons then pros.
