Renee was fabulous and very knowledgeable. She gave us a demo of face mask and didn’t pressure for any sales. She was very friendly. The products are high quality and I love their conscientiousness toward safety, kindness, and the environment.

Went to this location to pickup some items for my wife back in Tennessee. She always loves the smell and cleanliness of lush products, but the closest location to us in East Tennessee is 3 1/2 hours away in Nashville. So, while on business trips I always find a lush close by, but this location is by far the best location that I have been to in the lower 48 states!
I want to recognize Michael for his above and beyond customer service with helping me find the right items and for his outstanding patience for his help while I was was on the phone with my wife as he was telling her and I about new products that was currently at this location. Michael, I again thank you so much for all your help. I just wish more locations had a employee like you!!! Friendly, knowledgeable, and making the shopping experience a breeze, I will be back to this location in Crossroads Mall next time I am near the Albany NY area!

Heidi helped me out with exactly what i wanted!! Hadn’t been to lush in years she showed me all the best products and even was nice enough to give samples of the ones i liked! She recommended the date sugar scrub it is the best!!!

This particular shop does not seem to be adhering to their posted hours. I'm here at noon on a Tuesday and it's all locked up and the lights are off.

Sarah helped me pick out some awesome items! Great customer experience. I love lush this shop is always welcoming. I tried out some new face mask’s definitely recommend the “don’t look at me” blue one!

Wow, what an incredible group of people running this store. I brought a friend for her birthday to pick out a few things and I was blown away by the customer service and experience they create from the moment you walk through the doors. Brianna guided us through each section of products carefully describing any we had our eyes on or had questions about. I've got quite a few allergies and she was able to find the perfect product for each section i decided to get something from. I can't wait to go back! I've been using the charcoal facial cleanser and the pumice foot scrub bar and my skin feels great! They also gave us samples to try so that we didn't feel pressured while choosing, and i thought that was really sweet. Highly recommend this company to anyone interested in bath and body products. They also do not test on animals! Their website has a lot of great info about the company and their products as well.

Usually this store is delightful. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Store is tidy and in stock. HOWEVER I was there the other day and was DISGUSTED to see what could only be a COCKROACH underneath where I usually get my therapy bar!! Based on the usual cleanliness of the store perhaps it isn’t their fault but one of the many food stores in the general area of the mall and the roaches are crawling through the drains? For the biggest mall in the capital region this is certainly not the standard we should be putting up with!!

Grateful to find a vegan and environmentally conscious business that offers ethical body care products. The staff we met today were enthusiastic and knowledgeable and their passion for the products made me excited to return to try new options in my next visit. The product was great, but it was the staff that won me over. ❤️
