Such terrible service. This is my first google review I’m ever writing. I’m just so angry. We were having issues with my ID verification and the bank employees were so rude about explaining what the issue was. I understand they couldn’t go into details but they seemed annoyed I was asking them questions. If a customer seems unhappy because something unexpected happen, maybe instead of being rude, you can nicely explain what the issue is. Not worth going to this bank.

Worst location of all, not sure if they are a “tax company” or a bank. Don’t make your customers stand there all day. Disgusting.

I have my construction loan out with this bank currently. Our loan officer has lied through his teeth on multiple occasions Making false promises until we signed on the dotted line for the loan. He promised us since there is material shortages because of covid and longer wait times with backordered products that if we go over the 9 month loan that they will work with us and do an extension for a few months without any issue. Now the loan officer is saying hes never said that and his manager is saying the same thing Their tune has changed since I told them that at the closing for the loan my attorney was there and so was my wife and everybody heard what was promised to us I'm waiting on a call back so far nothing I would not recommend this bank for any purchases especially a construction loan terrible customer service and they never return phone calls

This bank is shady don't do business with them!!! I've had to report them to the better business bureau. I have a personal loan with them and when I tried to pay it off the stated it's my fault that the account information I gave them was incorrect when in fact it's their phone lines that skip while talking. They continue to charge me interest on my loan while they "looked into it". They also messed up my credit while they were supposedly looking at the issue. They did NOT call back when they stated they would which caused the payment to be "late" which accumulated more interest even though I tried to handle this situation long before payment was even due. They refuse to allow customers to speak to a manager and their customer service representatives shouts at you and will try to talk over you. I am warning everyone not to do business with this company.
