Love the patient kind and helpful folks at this bank. I had an international transaction that became very complicated. The lovely people here helped me get it straightened out and I will be forever grateful! 5 stars!!!!

I use this atm often and it says it is 24 hours. There are not many nbt banks in this area so I went out of my way to get cash out on a Saturday and the doors were locked to get to the atm. Guess it’s not 24 hours.

THE WORST BANK EVER. if you want more problems open an account in this bank! they don’t help you to solve your problem that THEY create blocking your card or account all the time. TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE
