Best store in the area and it’s not close. Tom and Caitlyn provided an exceptional experience from start to finish, got me hooked up with some amazing new glasses and clothing. Will definitely be back and would recommend all to take some time to visit this great store

I went into the Albany Store in Crossgates Mall to return a couple items I got for my nephew's for back to school and the customer service from Katelyn not sure if that is the correct spelling of her name was HORRIBLE!! I will never enter that store again and I did contact the corporate office and they were closed but I will be calling them tomorrow. That was the first time on August 31 I was ever in the store and she treated me like I was a chronic returner. I only had the receipt for one item which they credited me which took forever and then I had 2 t-shirts which I had the gift receipt and my bankcard statement and they said I could only get a gift card. I said to them nothing will fit my nephew in here and can I speak with the Asst Manager which was no help who came out from the back and said that was all they could do and walked away.(Literally walked away) I was in retail for many years as a Store Mgr and I always did whatver I can do to accommodate the customer. I WILL NEVER SHOP IN ANY OAKLEY STORE AGAIN!! AS FAR AS THAT GIRL KATELYN SHE HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL!!

I always will get Oakley sunglasses for myself and family. They are a reputable brand and provide great products. The service within their stores and online is very good and will try to find the right pair of sunglasses and the available discounts!!!

Every time i've come into this location, the the staff was very welcoming. They were having a lot of fun at work. They seemed to enjoy their job, which is shown also in the way that they perform customer service. Very helpful, very informative and make good suggestions definitely highly recommend this store

Purchased a pair of custom oakleys online for around $200. When they arrived, there was a defect in one of the lenses. I brought them to this Oakley store to see if I could just get the lens replaced and the girl told me she couldn’t do anything and gave me some customer support number that deals with warranty’s. So I make a service request and send them to “Luxottica” in Georgia because I guess that’s who they do the warranty through? Well they got there and they emailed me a code to get a new pair. But here’s the kicker, the code doesn’t even work. And the sunglasses are also cheaper now than when I originally purchased them. So now I am about to dispute the charge all together with my bank and then just repurchase them. What a gypsy system they got going here

Shopping for Christmas and I wanted a shirt that wasn’t in stock at the Crossgates Mall location. A young woman at the register was so nice and helpful. She called another store to get them to send one over so that she can get it to me for Christmas, she went above and beyond
