“Everyone is super friendly and helpful-no issues with customer service but the wait times are ridiculously long. Would prefer to be given a realistic time frame when I leave the keys. Nothing jiffy about my 1.5 hour oil change on aTuesday morning early in the month.”
“We were driving and the maintance light came on. So we were in the area of Central and Covin Ave so we went to Valvoline for service. The technicians, Gary, Ramon and Naquan were so knowledgeable and very nice and polite. As a woman who should know more about my car, Gary was very informative and helpful with me about my car. I was so impressed with the service and kindness that they all had. I would definitely go back to them! Great job 👏.”
