“I think Central Ave Pharmacy is the the best pharmacy I have ever worked with. The pharmacist is excellent. You can ask her anything about medications and she will answer you. “I have been using Crestwood Pharmacy from the beginning, March 2005. Jay and his staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. If I need meds they don't have, which is rare, they will either try to get them or refer to another pharmacy. I also get the various shots that I need, pneumonia, covid, flu. I highly recommend Crestwood Pharmacy over the big box pharmacy.”

“I needed a receipt reprinted from 10 days ago. Every employee in the store, on the phone and in person, was extremely courteous and helpful. They took the time to work with me and were able to reprint my receipt, which was extremely helpful to me. The store is clean and stocked. I moved my prescriptions to this location and am glad I did. The pharmacy staff is also wonderful. They are patient when busy while still being efficient. They take the time to answer questions and check in when prompted. I am very happy with this location and plan to continue shopping here.”

Kris is a hidden gem of a pharmacist and I am so glad to have switched over to this pharmacy from one of the big national chains that was unreliable.Is it a smaller pharmacy? Yes. Does that mean at peak times you might have to wait for a person or two in front of you? Yes. That’s not the staff’s fault. The staff here more than makes up for it with their quality work and professional approach.They have the resources of the large national chains with a small town feel. It’s the best part of this Price Chopper location!”

“This review is regarding the CVS pharmacy located at 415-417 Delaware Avenue in Albany, NY. I think the CVS store itself is terrific! It is always clean, the aisles are always clear, it is usually well stocked and the employees are very friendly and helpful. The pharmacy is hit or miss. If you are lucky enough to be there while the pharmacist Michael is working then you are definitely going to have a positive experience as he is super friendly, very knowledgeable and always willing to answer your questions or give a helping hand in any way he is able. CVS should know and recognize how lucky they are to have a fantastic model employee such as Michael and his efforts should not go unnoticed! However, there is another pharmacist that works on occasion that I do not think as highly of. But that is all I will say about her due to the fact I do not want to be treated any worse than I already am when she is working.”

The pharmacist and the employees are so nice and if you have to wait in line a little bit well so does everybody else so it comes with the territory but the pharmacy is the Best buy far in at least the surrounding 30 me that I know of. I highly recommend them and if you don't choose them then that's your problem not theirs.”
