“I think Central Ave Pharmacy is the the best pharmacy I have ever worked with. The pharmacist is excellent. You can ask her anything about medications and she will answer you. She never says the meds are there and and you go to pick them up and they tell you they are on backorder. The Staff is so kind and helpful. GREAT PHARMACY. #1 CENTRAL AVE PHARMACY”

“Why go to chain pharmacies when we have an awesome independent one right here in downtown Albany? You're nobody at CVS or Walgreens but at Lincoln Pharmacy, they get to know you by name and offer quality, personalized service.Sadly, I have to deal with one of those 'online' pharmacies for my long-term prescriptions. But for everything else, including my pups' Rxs, I go to Lincoln Pharmacy. At Lincoln, they actually answer their phones. They call you back when they have questions or updates. They treat you like a real person. That's the kind of service that's lacking from so many other pharmacies. If you want to feel like your health actually matters, go to Lincoln Pharmacy.”

“This is my favorite Rite Aid, the staff is consistently friendly, they keep it well stocked, and the location on Western is convenient for me. One has the sense they are always trying to get things right. As my go-to pharmacy, I give 'em 4 and a half stars.”

“This is for Hannaford to go pickup order. I tried it yesterday and highly impressed. Super friendly and a very pleasant and convenient experience. Am happy with the quality of items picked out.I would give a 5, but they didn't have everything. However, I was ok with that and understand. I would use this service again in the future. Thank you.”

“I like this store and shop there frequently. I do not like however the continuing influx of store brand products, sometime with no other brand available. Many of their weekly items on sale are great deals! Now to the pharmacy. Have had excellent service there with scripts/vaccines; they accept GoodRx too. However having moved my scripts there, I am really disappointed that they do not have direct access to my account available for a PC. Unfortunately, I am now looking around for a reliable pharmacy that does provide this service. Got spoiled at Walgrens and then their instore service became atrocious!”

“No doubt about it, this is the very best pharmacy I've had in my whole life. They truly care about their customers and treat you like a friend every time you walk in. I've been with town total health pharmacy for over 10 years and highly recommend them”

“Everyone here is always nice and personable without making the line last forever. I've been sick for a month and have had to pick up different prescriptions here 4 separate times, the last time was 7 different scripts. They're always nice and patient and the pharmacist took the time to answer my questions about all the different prescriptions.”

“Price Chopper Pharmacy and mainly this one in particular is definitely my go to pharmacy. The pharmacists that are working there and their assistants are amazing. Appreciate having individuals such as those in the Rx dept. taking such good care of us. Even when super busy they find time to answer my questions. Thank you all for doing your job so well AND with a smile and nice word for all .”

“My wife and I have been using CVS Pharmacy since they opened the store at 613 New Scotland Avenue, and they have always been fantastic. They always have my med's ready when they're supposed to be, and we've always been dealt with continuously and professionally, we'd never go anywhere else.”

“Decent CVS. Great location. Staff is polite and I have seen the youngsters be very helpful to the elderly in the store. That makes a difference. I've been in here a few times for snacks after a movie or late in the night, after-party like. Sometimes the shelves are messy, sold out or not available. Is it because it's shortly before closing? Dunno. But I will come back to this CVS. Parking outside is just 1 row and it gets tight. I buy my cold drinks here - seems they have coolers that keep cold.Review: 4”

“This is the only pharmacy where I’ve ever felt like they’ve tried to help me. In short, if there’s anything they can do, then they’ll quickly figure it out and do it.I’m not sure why their rating is so low right now, because from every interaction I’ve had with them, they’ve been great at what they do, professional, honest, and proactive.”

“I switched from a competing pharmacy where the service was terrible. I know that working during the pandemic makes pharmacy jobs more stressful than ever, but I've found the staff at Walgreens to be helpful and polite. Their facility looks clean. They generally answer the phone, so I can order my medication and get on with my day.”

“Although I live in the general area of this CVS location I have not been into this particular store previously. Today I went there as the designated location for my second Covid booster shot. They took me right on time for my appointment. The general pharmacy staff was friendly. However, of special note, the pharmacist was super friendly and efficient. Although I was already familiar with the potential side effects (since this was my forth Covid related shot) the pharmacist took extra time to explain things and was extremely attentive despite the pharmacy being extremely busy. Overall I was very impressed with the interaction today and I highly recommend this pharmacy.”

“I love this CVS store. Pharmacy staff is courteous and patient. Cashier/Rep are very helpful. I come to this CVS to load my Chime and Netspend card with cash. The fee is up to $4.95 per load. I love these cards because they are free prepaid debit cards. If you want to know more information about these cards and earn $50 for signing up with Chime or $20 for signing up with Net spend, let me know and I'll hook you up. Send me a tweet via @quaishathornton.”

“This was my first time using Crestwood pharmacy and I will never go back to any other big pharmacy around me. The customer service was really good and they take there time to explain the medication to customers.”

“Really well organized CVS. This one is gargantuan. This CVS has everything. All the isles are well lain out and have massive amount of goods on the shelves. So much, the goods are falling off them. There are numerous entrances. Three check-out counters. The CVS folks that work at this location have always been very friendly and helpful in all ways and in all manners. Once, I needed a sheet of paper and they were able to come up with it for me. Check-out is brisk and accurate! The drinks and freezer section does seem to be in perpetual disrepair and it needs more attention for sure (take note staff). Locals that work around this CVS must buy-out all the gatorades, waters and sodas. It's ransacked.Other than that, this CVS is very great. They stay open late in the PM hours when other CVS close early in the evening. There is a separate section for letters and cards, beauty, shampoo, drugs, snacks, summer shopping and even chocolates/candy/chips. That said: can we get an isle for men only?Every time I come to any CVS - and I mean any CVS - half the stores are for babies and women. I spend ten minutes shopping only to find out there is no protein shakes, no beer and the men's shampoo is SOLD OUT!I am sick and tired of 'sheconomy'... Do better for male shoppers CVS, or my next review will be a 1 star.Review: 5”
