“I rented 2 U-Boxes to ship some stuff to Rochester. U-Box was way more affordable than PODs and others at only ~$1500 for rent and shipping. I could also reserve everything online, and see the price without calling for a quote.The U-Boxes were delivered on time with no issue. However, they were one day late with picking them up, but for my case this was not a big deal since we weren't on a tight schedule. If you are on a tight schedule, it may not hurt to call to confirm pick-up times.”
“I ran out of propane this evening. I got online to request a delivery and it told me the next available delivery date was 4 days out. I've got a newborn in the home and it's supposed to be cold over the next few days so I called the after hours number and asked if we could get an earlier date. She called me back and apologized for the inconvenience and told me someone would be out this evening. The delivery driver had some trouble getting the furnace started but sat and troubleshot it until he got it working. 3 hours later, I'm sitting in a warm home. Nobody does customer service like this company.”

“Cumberland Farms is one of the greatest places for when I’m on the road. I always look forward to a decent meatball sub and they’re wide selection of drinks. The night crew seems relatively new, but they had no problem heating up my meatball sub and directing me to the marinara sauce, which is next to a whole plethora of condiments”

“I just had propane installed for a stand by generator. The technician was great and explained everything he was doing and answered all my questions. Best price also. So far very pleased.”
