This U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer offers truck, trailer, cargo van, and pick-up truck rentals along with moving supplies. The location is noted as convenient. However, experiences with the business vary significantly. Multiple reviews state the owner is a professional guy who does not rip customers off, specifically noting a fair recalculation of miles that resulted in a reduced price. Conversely, other customers report negative issues. The trucks can be dirty, with lots of dirt on the floor and a general feeling of uncleanliness, sometimes with a damaged driver's seat. Mechanical concerns, like a transmission that feels off, are mentioned. A serious complaint involves an attempt to overcharge for a gas discrepancy, where a customer had to pay about $10 more to fill a tank that was provided with less fuel than required. The owner is not always present during posted open hours, and the store gives off an outdated vibe. Some feel the owner should work on making customers feel more welcomed. Customers advise that you need to be careful.
We had a great experience with this location. Truck was clean inside and customer service was excellent. Highly recommend.

The gentleman who I rented the van from was very friendly and accommodating. I would go there again if I needed a U-Haul. It was very convenient to my home.
